The U.S. President is under fire from Congress over the military campaign in Libya, which is continuing despite not having the approval of lawmakers. Barack Obama has rejected accusations that the law is being broken, arguing that America is only playing a supporting role through NATO, which makes it legal. RT’s Gayane Chichakyan has more.

NATO’s warplanes have targeted the Libyan capital in more daytime raids.But the very credibility of the campaign could be fatally damaged, if Congress forces Barack Obama to abandon operations. Author David Swanson says the problem is that there’s political confusion over exactly what’s happening in Libya.
