At the Spring Lounge in the East Village in New York the drinks are flowing and politics is the topic of conversation — specifically, Ron Paul — a Republican congressman from Texas — has been the focus.
Paul, who is running for president again, seems to be gaining momentum with bartenders and wait staff. The congressman has introduced a bill called the Tax Free Tips Act of 2011, which would make gratuities to servers tax free.
